Travel with confidence

The most comfortable way to explore the Costa Blanca is to hire a car, but there is a reliable network of public transport available to you that runs between all the towns and villages of the Costa Blanca. Take a look at our guide for ideas and ask in your hotel for the latest timetables and routes:

When you arrive at the airport

There are a number of shuttle companies connecting Benidorm with Alicante El Altlet International Airport and the journey takes approximately one hour. For more information on your trip from the airport visit the Shuttle Direct website.

Hop on a bus

There are frequent bus services travelling within and out of Benidorm almost every hour of every day if you want to explore the town and some of the Costa Blanca's other towns and villages.

Catch the train

There is a railway line that runs North from Alicante through Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea and Calpe right up to Denia. This is a very charming way to travel and admire the stunning coastline. The railway also stops at Terra Mítica in addition to the big discos in Benidorm, at L'Alfas de Pi and Gata de Gorgos.
